The tropical rainforest isn’t a suitable place for lions?
That’s not quite true. Our “Lion Pack” post-treatment support group clearly had a great time at the Tropical Islands water park from September 25–27, 2026!
But that’s no surprise, since there was plenty to experience here besides the tropical rainforest. During the day, everyone had a great time swimming, sliding, playing mini-golf, and playing beach soccer. As evening fell, the “Werewolves of Düsterwald” awoke in the tents and got up to their mischief.
On top of that, some fantastic custom family crests were created over the weekend.
